Our Vision
The vision of GBNV is to (i) see Christian business leaders achieve lasting success and godly significance, by stepping into their divine destiny, and (ii) through their successful enterprises, bring transformation to communities, cities and nations, and achieve the purposes of God.

Our Mission
Our two-fold mission is to:

(i)     empower Christian business leaders through our leadership and business mentoring program, and(ii)    develop technical and financial resources for transformation of untouched and under-privileged communities through sustainable business platforms to achieve social and economic reformation. 

GBNV adheres to the following guiding principles for our operations: 

1. As an organization, we believe that there is no dichotomy between faith and business. As such, we adhere to biblical principles at all times, even when there is a cost (financial or otherwise) to the enterprise.

2. The work of GBNV is primarily to impact the lives of the business leaders that we are mentoring, so that they and their business can, in turn, be a testimony for Christ to their stakeholders.

4. It is essential that we perform every assignment or activity in a cost effective manner.

5. We will ensure that there is no conflict of interest in any mentoring project, between the mentors and the mentee.

6. The surplus funds generated from all activities of GBNV will be channeled towards community transformation projects. In this regard, the operating costs of the organization should be kept lean, but without compromising the effectiveness our performance.
