Boyd Au is the former Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Enzer Corporation Ltd. He was responsible for managing the growth of the Group and providing strategic directions for the Group. He currently heads 7 Notes Capital.
Boyd holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Diploma in Industrial Management from the Institute of Industrial Management (UK). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Prior to starting the Groups business in 1984, Boyd started his career as a Technician in National Semiconductor in 1972 and was subsequently promoted to Training Manager, specialising in management and quality programs. He left National Semiconductor in 1982 to join Multi-Corporation as its Management Development Manager. | Chandra Widjaja

Chandra has over 18 years of professional experience in business consulting, investment, mergers & acquisitions and business development. He has been involved in a wide-range of businesses throughout the different stages of their development, from the conceptualisation stage through to fund raising and expansion. Eric is currently stewarding Pinetree Enterprise Limited, a company that markets, distributes, and exports consumer oriented food and beverage products internationally. Eric has worked in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with F&N Coca Cola regional office for many years and had gained extensive knowledge in the planning and operation, sales, marketing, branding, distribution, and supply chain management of consumer products in the international markets. | Gan Choon Beng

Gan Choon Beng is a director with Infinitus Law Corporation and is the Head of the Corporate, Commercial and Technology Department.
He has extensive expertise in the field of corporate law including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. He has advised various clients in several recent corporate finance transactions involving the raising of more than US$100 million investment capital, and he has also advised technology start-ups including investee companies under the Technology Incubation Programme of the Singapore National Science & Technology Board now known as Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*Star), and spin-off companies from the National University of Singapore. He is involved extensively in regional joint ventures and cross-border transactions.
A substantial part of his practice includes technology licensing, commercial law, franchising, computer law and advising on internet and e-commerce transactions, and management corporations. |
Jacob Tay

Jacob Tay founded Info-Tools Pte Ltd in 1992. He was the first to develop real estate database management software and subsequently started Singapore's first and largest multiple listings services. He also started Singapore's property portal www.mls.sg which subsequently evolved to become iProperty.com, Asia's Largest Property Portal network. Jacob is currently an investor in online marketing platforms.

Raymond Choudhury is the CEO of Antioch Singapore Trading, which is an international trading house dealing in the export of commodities such as food, agriculture products, minerals etc. He travels extensively and has been involved in the international trading for over 20 years and has particular experience in trading in emerging markets. |
Seow Kiat Wang

Kiat Wang is a partner in a private investment company which he co-founded in 2005. Prior to this, he has more than 20 years of operational experience in the electronics related manufacturing industry. Kiat Wang received his first class honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1984 and his Masters degree in Engineering from the same university in 1988. |
Victor Leong

Victor has worked as a corporate lawyer and an investment banker. He has extensive experience in the areas of business advisory, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital market issues. He has worked with various governments and corporations in Asia for many years. He has assisted many high growth companies in raising capital, advised corporations on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate and debt restructurings. He is currently heading Xtreme Lubricants Lab. |
